Welcome to our newly renovated townhouse (2023) in old town Marbella. Just a 3-minute walk from the sea and surrounded by shops, our townhouse is perfectly positioned. Our townhouse features a private roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, large table, and lounge. Inside, enjoy high-end finishes, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 4K television. For a long time, our Townhouse in Old Town Marbella was exclusively available for rent through Airbnb. (please consult our lovely reviews on airbnb) We appreciate the support and interest from our guests during that time. Now, we are excited to announce that we are moving to direct bookings through our website. Location
The house is located in the heart of Marbella, Spain, an area renowned for its picturesque charm and vibrant atmosphere. Situated within the Old Town, this address is surrounded by narrow, streets lined with traditional whitewashed buildings adorned with colorful flower pots. The location offers easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, each contributing to the lively culture of the town.
In addition, the stunning Mediterranean coastline is just a short walk away, offering sea views and opportunities for leisure activities such as sunbathing and water sports.
Terms & Conditions
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
Other check-in or check-out times might be taken into account if at all possible. Such arrangements should however be agreed upon upfront with the owner or owner’s representatives in order to be able to prepare the necessary measures for keys and security deposit.
Booking & Payment Conditions
20% of the rental price is due 6 weeks before the reservation. The remainder of the amount is due 3 weeks before the start of the rental period. This date will be specified when booking. When reserving the house less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment is due at that moment.
Additional services used and possible damage to the property and its facilities should be paid at check-out to the owner or owner’s representative. If they are not settled at check-out, these costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of € 600 is due before or at the latest upon arrival. The deposit will be held by the owner or owner’s representative until check-out. At check-out, the owner or the owner’s representative will, together with the renters, inspect the property for potential damages and/or loss of equipment. If no damages or losses are found, the full deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
Responsibilities and House Rules
The renters are expected to behave responsibly and correctly, as a “good housefather” would do. They are equally responsible for the safety and well-being of all staying at the property.
Please note that there is no fence enclosing roof terrace. Children should always be accompanied by an adult when using the roofterrace.
The renter is responsible for maintaining the house, furniture, equipment, furnishings, and surrounding land in good condition.
The renter is responsible for a standard cleaning fee of €150, which covers regular cleaning after the stay. This includes cleaning of the house.. However, the renter is still expected to leave the property in good condition, with all garbage properly disposed of before departure. If excessive cleaning is required beyond the standard, additional costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
The rental property is strictly limited to a maximum of four adult guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval from the owner may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund. Additionally, the full security deposit may be forfeited.

To give you an indication of our pricing:
High season runs from mid-June to mid-September, including the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
Mid season extends from early April to mid-June and from mid-September to the end of October.
The rental price includes the use of all utilities. Please note that the minimum stay is 4 nights.
